We ship to US and Canada. Free US shipping on orders over $100. Free Canada shipping on orders over $150
How do I know my size?
All Akelly pieces are fully adjustable so you can customise the fit to your body. From the straps to the garter belt to the thigh cuffs, everything is designed to be tightened or loosened so it sits exactly where it should. When in doubt check our size guide and if you have any questions reach out to us directly.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make it right.
How do I care for my lingerie?
Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. This keeps the lace and hardware in the best condition for longer.
